Realm of the Reptile – Terms of Service

Welcome to Realm of the Reptile! By booking, attending, or participating in any event, show, or program provided by Realm of the Reptile, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Realm of the Reptile offers mobile reptile education shows and interactive presentations for schools, camps, birthday parties, and community events. We do not provide pet adoption services or mammal-based petting zoos.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
  • Remaining balance is due no later than the day of the event.
  • We accept Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
  • If an event is canceled due to unsafe conditions, weather, or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule.


4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in animal handling and demonstrations is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • Realm of the Reptile is not liable for personal injury, illness, allergic reactions, or property damage arising from participation in our services.
  • Parents/guardians are required to supervise children at all times.


5. Code of Conduct

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
  • Animals must be treated with respect at all times.
  • We reserve the right to end an event without refund if unsafe behavior endangers animals, staff, or participants.


6. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, logos, and educational materials produced by Realm of the Reptile are our property. Personal photos may be taken during events, but commercial use requires written permission.

7. Privacy

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.”

By booking or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
